Marty Kenney , Chairman and Co-Founderof Prism eSolutions.
Mr. Kenney, Prism Chairman and co-founder, was co-founder and the CEO of WRC Media, Inc. a leading technology and educational publisher. Prior to the founding of Prism, he was the CEO of Simon & Schuster’s Education Technology Group, the leading provider of educational learning systems and network services in the education market. Concurrently, Mr. Kenney was the EVP and COO of the Simon & Schuster Education Group with revenues of $1.3B, making it the largest education publishing and technology business in the world,. He has held many senior operating management positions during his distinguished career including tenures at McGraw-Hill, J.B. Lippincott/Newscorp, The Institute For Scientific Information, CBS Publishing and The American Broadcasting Companies' Publishing Group, developing and driving multiple media businesses in the educational, consumer, and professional markets to success. Mr. Kenney has long been an advocate and visionary in the use of technology-enabled services to make businesses and markets more profitable and efficient.

Chuck Mitman, President and co-founder of Prism eSolutions.
Mr. Mitman has over 20 years of experience in the quality and environmental management industries and came to Prism from a leading QMS consulting services firm, where he was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations. Earlier in his career, he served as Regional Vice President for the International Business Division of Simon & Schuster, where he was responsible for the creation, sale, and delivery of training programs in the areas of quality, employee safety, customer service, and human resources. Mr. Mitman is a recognized authority and has published numerous articles in the area of management systems related to manufacturing, health care and financial systems.

Gary Habermann, Vice President Technology.
Mr. Habermann has over 25 years of experience in the IT field and has been listed by Computer World as one of the top 100 IT professionals in the nation. He received the Convergence Leadership Award from 3Com, and the Technology Innovation Award from Control Data Corporation. Gary gained international acclaim for developing and implementing Widener University's Asynchronous Transfer Mode Network, which presently includes nearly 400 buildings and 90,000 nodes between the University and its home county. He also is the author of KareWare daycare center management software, which is utilized by more than 400 daycare centers. He served as a member of 3Com's Technology Advisory Board for several years. A nationally recognized expert in Information Technology, Gary has appeared on the CBS program Market Watch and on CNBC.

Pete Grier, Vice President Government & Environmental Services.
Mr. Grier is a Management System Specialist with over 25 years of experience in regulatory and compliance-related projects. Mr. Grier manages Prism's Government and Environmental Management Services division. His experience includes developing and implementing management systems for trade associations, industry and government clients. He has participated on the International Organization of Standards (ISO), Technical Advisory Group 207, Sub-TAG 4 (S4), for Environmental Performance Evaluation (EPE) and the first corporate global ISO 14000 registration. He has been involved with a variety of clients to include Departments of Energy (DOE) and Defense (DOD), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and commercial industry, state and local governments. His areas of expertise include hazardous/toxic waste transportation, emergency preparedness, quality / environmental / laboratory management systems, national auditing programs, industry training program development, and environmental impact studies. Mr. Grier is an RAB Certified Lead Auditor.

Mike Reeve, Vice President, Product Development.
Mr. Reeve over 15 years of experience in quality management, consulting services, operational management, sales and marketing, and product development. Prior to being one of the founding management staff for Prism, Mr. Reeve managed consulting services, provided consulting, and supported sales and business development activities for a major quality management consulting and training company. Mr. Reeve also acted as a quality and strategic process improvement expert for a major packaging and distribution company, responsible for the implementation and registration for quality management systems at 15 operating facilities in the United States. Mr. Reeve is a certified lead auditor and has extensive training in product development processes.

Edward A. Meltzer, Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Meltzer was previously the CFO of two Nasdaq listed technology firms (Computer Integration Corporation and Intelligent Electronics), and one privately held business services company (McGettigan Partners). Earlier in his career he held financial positions at Ford Motor Company for nine years and with UNC Resources, Inc. He has an MBA in finance from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
